Who Is Jeff Snyder?
I’m Jeff Snyder–a recruiter, coach, husband, father, entrepreneur, great friend, and risk taker. I started playing ice hockey at age 43 and have since skated over 300 hockey games.
In my life, I’ve had to work harder than most people to overcome significant adversity. I know how to set and achieve goals that most people have never had to address. Why so many different pictures below? Each photo represents a significant point or event in my life that has surrounded one of the adversity challenges I’ve had to overcome.
I believe in connecting one’s words to one’s actions in order to build deep, meaningful, trusting relationships. It is my mission to help my clients learn how to connect their natural giftedness with the work they do so they can deliver the best version of themselves in all facets of their lives.
My Futuristic™ (Visionary™) and Strategic™ strengths help me come up with solutions to problems many people don’t even know exist. The Maximizer™ (one of my top strengths) in me drives everything I do. That means that if you choose to hang out with me, we’re going to take good to great in your life and we’re going to strive for excellence so you can experience the results my current and previous clients have already experienced.
My clients benefit from tapping into my 28+ years of recruiting background and the fact that I’ve worked hard to align the work I do with my unique personal strengths. I help my clients to do this in their own lives. The work I’ve done to survey your customer in the business, strategically helps me to guide my clients to solutions that work and are proven worldwide to deliver results.

Coaching Story and Credentials
Around 2007, clients and job candidates challenged me to provide coaching services. I listened and responded by doing research to find out what businesses wanted, needed and expected from technology and security professionals. I learned about the gaps that commonly exist between technology professionals and the organizations.
After acquiring training and certifications focused on coaching, I created Resume Coaching, LinkedIn Coaching and Personal Branding Coaching Coaching services to assist my clients with their personal branding and marketing.
At an even more strategic level, I provide Career Coaching, Career Transition Coaching, Strengths Coaching, Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Coaching and Behavioral Change Coaching services backed up by world-class training and certification from The Marshall Goldsmith Group, Executive Coaching University and Multi-Health Systems, Inc.
Everything assembled in the realm of my coaching has been in response to what the businesses have told me that they want, need and expect in order for technology and security professionals to advance and to move forward.
